John Edmondson High School is well equipped with the latest technology. The school is connected throughout with wired and wireless internet connections.
We have six designated rooms/areas with desktop computers and over 200 laptop (chromebook) computers throughout the school to assist students.
All our classrooms have interactive projectors to assist students to become fully involved in their lessons.
In addition, we use the Canvas Online Learning Management System to supplement work done in class. It also allows students to electronically submit assessments to teachers where appropriate.
Our school allows students to bring their own computer devices to school (not mobile phones) to assist their learning through our bring your device (BYOD) program and we subscribe to a service called Clickview which has many educational videos and resources that teachers use in classrooms and are also accessible to students at home.
