Wellbeing
At our school, we believe that student wellbeing and learning are connected. We want every student to feel safe, included, and ready to learn. Whether your child needs support with their mental, emotional, social, or physical health, we are here to help them do well at school and in life.
We support wellbeing by:
- Having teachers who make students feel welcome and included
- Providing access to school counsellors, psychologists, and specialist staff
- Running programs that focus on health, social skills, attendance, and positive behaviour
- Helping students who are new or moving to a new year level
- Setting clear rules for behaviour and respectful relationships
- Having staff who know each child well and work closely with families
- Creating health care plans for students when needed
- Keeping open communication about wellbeing and support.
