Students in Years 10, 11 and 12 who are claiming illness or misadventure due to illness must attend a doctor's surgery on the actual day of the assessment task.
The doctor must fill in the required paperwork. Please download the illness/misadventure form for Year 10 to 12
All 'handed-in' Year 11 and Year 12 assessment tasks need to be submitted electronically, or handed-in to the teacher before roll call on the due date.
